NO, do not text her that. Assume she is coming, don't be insecure about it by asking if she even remembers and if it's still happening, that is not attractive, at all. Text her your address and the time to show up, something along the lines of "address, 8pm, we'll have a few drinks then head over to the party, sound good?". The sound good is to help her out if she's uncomfortable going over to your place first, some women are like that.
The drinks and hanging at your place is both to loosen you two up before the party, and to give something a chance to happen before the party. Hell you might not even make it to the party.
