Forgot to Charge My Phone! (date, wife, guy, neighbor)

Not sure if this was legit or an excuse to not talk to me. But anyway, around 6PM he messages me on Skype saying he had not charged his phone at all due to him forgetting too. Then at 1AM he says he finally got around to charging it and his phone was back on a full charge etc. Why would it take someone 7 hours to charge their phone? When yet they stayed logged on Skype all day and all night? I don't get it.
Yes, Skype may have just kept him logged on. And maybe he was doing other things and didn't text you the second his phone was charged up. Unless there are other signs you are seeing of him not wanting to talk with you, I wouldn't put much in it.
This other guy I've been also talking too isn't taking to me much. We started talking on Tuesday then he didn't send me a message until Friday. I do not know if this guy is into me or not. And the other guy I went on a movie date with not sure about him either.

Geez, really? Are you always on the top of things, and your phone battery is always full??
Of course it could be a legit excuse.
Also he didn't charge the phone for 7 hours. He said: "he finally got around to charging it", which means that he was busy, and charged it sometime between 6PM and 1AM.

Uhmmm....either chill out or forget him! He's already "disappointing" you and you're suspicious but it's only been 3 days! Sounds like you're doomed.
