Bring us up to date, OP. Any improvement in your weight-loss goals? You've been going to a gym, or just hanging out on a body-building website? You'll feel better, and depression will improve, if you get your body moving and do even a brief workout session at the gym 3x/week. But we probably already told you that before.
Good luck. Keep up the forward movement. Give yourself credit for having achieved at least this much. Build on that, gradually. So you have a new job, is that right? Or are you job-searching?
