Do what you want, it is your life, your choice, your job but don't go whining later after you are fired or he is fired or you both are fired because you could not keep your emotions away from the work place.
There is NO room in the office for Religion, Romance or Politics and I strongly urge you to go lust after someone who:
Is not your boss
Does not work for the same company you do
Is not in a position of authority over you.
Besides, none of this affects me or my career or my future potential employment opportunities because I will not be the one with the notation that says the employee does not do what they are paid a salary to do and they do not know how to keep romance out of the office.
