I ask some people on the relationship forum since well some of you guys have cook for your half
any ideas i wanna create a romantic dinner
how about a nice poached salmon with a dill sauce of some kind, add some asparagus in a cheese sauce for a vegetable, and perhaps an angel hair pasta alfredo for the starch component. top the meal off with gelato for desert, vanilla or chocolate are safe flavors.

I'm vegetarian, so my options are limited.

But I'd make Briyani with Kadai Paneer, because its something I can make well.

Don't discount indian food for women who can take some heat .

This is one of my favorite dishes to make - as long as you have some really good smoked paprika. My husband eats it with rice. I eat it with zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and garlic sautéed with the same smoked paprika.

Those are the two recipes that I use online that sort of fit the bill. My other recipes are not online. Sorry.

Things might get a bit awkward if she doesn't like it.

I think if she really likes you and you had a great time overall prior/during/after the meal, you can even burn whatever it is you prepared and you'd still get a "surprise".
