He's a newlywed that has to have intercourse 3-4x a day. His wife can't keep up and he gets very angry and difficult to deal with. His behavior is so embarrassing. How can I get him in to counseling again and keep him going? I'm afraid this is going to ruin him.

I (don't) hate to tell ya this, but the amount is quite normal. That's especially true of the young and newly married.
As for the temper tantrums and misbehavior when he's denied? That may indeed be a reason he needs some therapy.
I'm not sure you are the one (mom?) who should suggest it or mention it. It's really NOYB.

He is doing it because his wife consents. They have an active sex life, which is none of your business.
If she has a problem with his expectations, and he gets angry for being denied, the issues is amongst the 2 of them to talk about. Also, young men have a high sex drive.

Wow how do you even know this ? Or why do you know this ?
How is it any of the OP's business what his son is doing or how many times a day he is getting it on. The whole premise of the original post seems very suspect.
