Spoiled, immature...unless everything is perfect she'll complain...and that will end up costing you a pretty penny, in addition to your sense of self-worth and sanity.

How old are you both - she sounds like high-school aged. Maybe if this is the VERY FIRST TIME she has pulled this kind of thing...AND...you're trying to dig yourself out of a legitimate hole for something else this might be okay. But I have a feeling this will only escalate with time - so take this as a red flag.
