It's normal for you, which is the main thing. Though it may happen more with women to men. As I have heard a few women comment they don't find genitals to be attractive to look at. So they'd find a man wearing pants with no shirt better than than totally nude., far as aesthetically pleasing goes.
Different strokes. Like how some people have a foot fetish, whereas other people completely hate feet, and find nothing about them desirable or attractive.

Some people are asexual so only time will tell on that front for you. It should not necessarily by a problem however. For many simple nudity is enough for arousal. For others - myself included - the nudity has to be contextual. Merely seeing the opposite sex naked - regardless of age or standards of attractiveness - does not inspire arousal in me. I would need the situation to be sexual contextually too. And there are many more requirements for arousal than mere appearance.
So no I would not worry about it just yet - just keep on keeping on - and you can see when you actually wander into a relationship if there are any issues or not.
Nah...not abnormal....there are tribes in remote parts of the world where everyone is naked, and you don't see all the males walking around with permanent hardons. So whatever floats your boat.
