How many men actually get laid at bars? (clubs, alcohol, looking)

In popular culture you always see men score at bars or in clubs, but how many men actually manage this? Are we talking about a small portion or is this actually a common thing?

Alcohol and low self esteem reeks in clubs/bars. That said...I did pretty good back in my days for an ok looking dude

I'd feel out of place if I tried clubbing for some tail these days.

Yes. Because the restroom is not a very classy place to "do it."
