Why talk this way about yourself. Who cares? Own that you didn't know that. Now you know. Just brush it off, its not a big deal. Don't project or think you are stupid or other people are going to pick up on it and think it too.
So it got stranger and stranger. We texted briefly and it was the most confusing conversation. He called me and I spoke to him. I basically got told that he's seeing someone but that he wants to hold on to my number. That was basically the end of it.
A few weeks ago I went to this happy hour event thing for singles thrown by Match.com. I didn't meet anyone but the bartender (who I later found out is actually the owner) gave me free drinks (yes I realize I'm probably not the only one that he has ever given free stuff to). Nice, cute, older guy with a nice smile. I left him a review on Yelp. He messaged me on Yelp and said:
Thank you for your kind words..this is Daniel the bartender from (name of restaurant) on March.com night...
Does it sound like he is interested at all, or is he just trying to be nice? I'm interested but I'm afraid I probably am looking into this way too much.
I yelped a hotel I liked....the owner messaged me, thanking me too.
I highly doubt the bartender (esp where hes the owner!) meant anything more than that...
this is gotta a troll post, especially a girl calling herself "LamarOdom's Dealer"
