Not a woman but since my username isn't gendered and since I sometimes take a somewhat pro woman stance in threads, I've been mistaken for a woman on here a few times. So I'm kind of a woman.

Anyway, the only accurate thing one could say in response to this is "Men are people". After that you start losing male type people who don't fit any more specific definition.

That's just as offensive as if you asked the question replacing "men" with a religion, race, etc.

Men have penises and hormones that are different than women.

Otherwise they are individual people with individual personalities, values, IQ, EQ, senses of humor....
