I see myself hopping from place to place as a lifestyle, with or without a kid. Would be great to have a partner with me but not sure how to find someone like that. Are there dating sites for nomads?

Is that with a black American Express card or picking up work as you go?

I haven't found them yet.
At least not one I'd want to travel around with.

It seems like it'd be easy. I mean, traveling around the world is awesome, right? Well, for whatever reasons, people don't want to do it. I just tell myself 2 things
1) If I keep traveling around I'll meet someone else traveling around and we'll travel around together.
2) If I keep traveling around I won't meet someone else to travel around with and my life will still be awesome.

There are travel buddy sites...what a particular relationship turns into depends on the 2 people involved...

Thanks! A little risky to travel with strangers, especially of the opposite sex. But joining a travel group/travel club might be a cool idea. My friend is doing a travel club and she says she travels alone but goes with a group of people she haven't met. Might meet someone awesome but if not will still have company.

Everyone I have met who is like this (and there are quite a few - not just go somewhere every once in a while, but actually move around to different places/countries) is single.

Weird. Never thought about it.

Its not a sustainable lifestyle, imo,OP. We all have to put roots down at some point in our life, especially when a child(ren) is involved.

It's something to do when you are young or retired. That's going to be our main hobby once DH retires.

But why wait until you have a partner, go now!!

Why just then?
It's something to do whenever you want to do it
I missed my chance to do it when I was young. I don't want to wait until I'm retired.
