Nope and in Phoenix...nobody is outside in the middle of the day in the summer. I do go running at one of the big parks here super early in the morning. I just don't usually see the same faces .

thats obvious...but there should be a type of place to go for a particular reason. Otherwise it could seem weird, no?

Yeah, 120 degrees? Forget it. But you can go to bookstores, libraries, community centers, etc.

Home Depot. Go and look at the lumber or the fence panels or the tools or all the nails. Keep looking till you find somebody attractive looking at something and ask him questions about the "project" you're working on.
