I don’t get it. If I’m out in public and I bump into an ex with her mother, I’m going to be polite. I’ll introduce myself to her mother using neutral terms like “friend”.

I don’t get the “make out” with an ex. In my life experience, that doesn’t happen. If you’ve slept together for a year, it’s either going to be kept at arms length with nothing beyond a hug and a kiss like you’d kiss your sister; or your between the sheets. Anything between that is playing head games.

That sounds a bit...obsessive.

OP, the guy wants you around for a booty call, and that is all. Forget him. No more texting, no more phone calls, no more longing glances across crowded rooms. If you see him while you are out, turn around and walk the other way.

This situation is not going to improve.
