Yes, some people are just more touchy than others. It sounds like you need to avoid her.
It doesn't seem fair. She made a quote saying something along the lines that she likes sexual experience men. She sensed that I am a virgin somehow. Like I said, I think it was her job to assess the sexual experience of men. She is pretty, and always touches me every chance she gets it seems. But somehow, also seems to avoid me.
