I don't know what she's doing when she's out and about. She says she's with friends or at work but I'm not so sure. How can I get it through to her that this is not ok?

You have to vocalize it. Tell her its disrespectful. You have to show some emotion. She has to know you're crazy.

Communication is important. For both of you. If you’re concerned you need to ask her about it and ask for more detail than “with friends.” She should be willing to be open about what she’s doing too. Thing is you can’t wait until she’s walking out and bring it up in fristrstion with a “where are you going?” Because that’s just going to start a fight. Wait until the morning and ask if she had fun last night and what she did. Be conversational not confrontational.

Wait for a time when you’re both calm, and tell her you have somethings you want to discuss with her. Don’t accuse her of things, if you start by being offensive, she will get defensive and fight or shut down. Tell her how you feel. Don’t start with who what where like it’s an interrogation.

Great advice posted here.

If that does not work, i would follow her 1 night, or have a friend do it. See what she is up to....

How long have you been married?

How late is 'late'?
6 when she gets out of work at 4 or 2AM

What is going on in your relationship that you don’t believe your wife? Have you always been suspicious of her?

Which part of her being with friends or working “is not okay”?

No it's her who is staying out late.

Sometimes it's very late and sometimes it's about an hour after work.
