I’m seeing someone who is always sending me videos and photos of what they are doing when I’m not with them.I’ll be honest my trust issues are big.
When they send me videos of them doing things without me even asking it feels like they are trying to cover something up.maybe that’s just how they are..we are still getting to know one another.
We live in a world where it's often encouraged for people to share that they're doing. In addition, it's possible they're trying to "include" you, or show they're thinking of you, even when the two of you are apart. Some people would consider this transparency on their part... but you're suspicious.
I daresay this is more about you than them. You need to either learn to get yourself into a headspace where you can talk yourself down off the ledge of your insecurities (whether you can do this internally by yourself or enlist the help of someone else, perhaps a professional), or choose to get involved with people who don't do this (but then there may be something else that will rouse your suspicions).

I’ve been considering therapy because no matter who I’m speaking to I always have trust issues.question their intentions so on and so forth.

If you think you need help, get it. Trust issues will drive good people away. I know it's tedious for me to be on the receiving end when I've done nothing wrong.
As for sending videos and photos throughout the day, I actually find it annoying and a turn-off. Maybe a funny picture or meme once a day, or something about an inside joke we have running between the two of us is fine, but pictures of what he's having for breakfast, the traffic he's sitting in, what he's having for lunch, what he's wearing, his feet while he's lying on a hammock, blah blah blah all day long would get on my last nerve, like dude, stop blowing up my phone with trivia about yourself. It's overkill. Leave some mystery. If you want to post pictures every 20 minutes about your day, do it on Instagram, but stop demanding my attention all day.
