Get out of the computer screen. What The Heck!!! I can go away on the city data for a half a year and its the same people "crabbing" about the same old stuff... get off of the computer for "alls" sake... life isn't that hard... go enjoy the world! WTH
You evidently find it interesting enough to check in. I would assume most of us are productive members of society, either by working, raising a family or doing things for the community. We like to "vent" here...nothing more, nothing less.
Besides, LIFE IS WHAT HAPPENS WHILE YOU'RE MAKING OTHER PLANS. Chill.

I agree. And, I'd add that many who post here seem to be multi-taskers, such that C-D allows one to be able to vent, comment, give advice, etc. and still get things accomplished. It's not something that requires one to be glued to the screen 24-7 in order to check in with people and give/get perspective.
I work on-line. I keep a C-D window open to help when I am bored or blocked.
It kind of makes up for the fact that I don't have neurotic/psychotic co-workers IRL!
Curiosity I suppose... I guess real life situations are best dealt with real life people. Its been quite awhile since I've looked here and its the same, and some new folks... crabbing about the same things over and over. Going to scroll...
This forum is the junk food of an otherwise healthy selection of "high protien" forums where people discuss more legitimate and concrete topics. It's the candy or chips and salsa in front of the boob toob with Judge Judy. It's the tabloid rack at the supermarket checkout line you can't help but glance at even for a couple seconds. It's utter and complete garbage that even I can't resist occasionally peeking at for amusement. Oh well.
