I found a great Fort Lauderdale site and was looking for more when I stumbled onto CD. Although CD doesn't come close to what the other offered in Fort Lauderdale memorabilia it offers so much more. How much can you say about one place anyway...lol
I came on a spaceship from a far away galaxy. LOL JUST Kidding. Actually, I'm from Florida originally and now living no, let me rephrase that ..... tolerating Pennsylvania although, living on a pretty sweet property in an old farm house with my horses is making it easier to cope.
I came here several years ago while still married to my kids father. We moved here because he had family here and a job for him.
Well that was many, many moons ago and you know how it is, once the kids start school it's hard to move them around so I just stayed even after my divorce.
I would love to eventually end up back down south but not to Florida. I have friends and have stayed MANY times in NC and my fiance is from SC.
Like a lot of CD users, I stumbled onto this site when I was researching a location I was moving to. The first two months I just read the Maine forums, but then I began reading the Minneapolis/St. Paul forums -while I was still in Minneapolis. Someone on that forum said something that I just had to comment on, so I registered. And since I registered I began to ask questions in the Maine forum, but I mostly participated (and still do) in the MSP/St. Paul forum. It was five or six months before I even realized that General topics existed, and I participate in the Relationship forum because you all are crazy, and I have good advice that is not your typical schtiz that you read on here.
