My peeve: Awful boss who cannot even bother to respond to me when I speak to her. WTF? Basic business questions have been asked and she just walks away. I get four months of niceness, and that's a long run believe me, and then months and months of moodiness. Now, I realize that there's something going on, but I don't freaking care. I'm expected to come in to work everyday wearing a smile, I think the least she could do would be to respond when I'm speaking to her. Freaking witch!
