I just found an ugly black spider in my house and I thought of my ex when I saw it. Totally evades me as to why.

When you think of your ex, what insect or animal comes to mind?

Wow.....First thing I think of is...you loved him at one time. You had sex, and did you have babies with this man? LOL... To compare him to an insect...is pretty bizarre to me.
You must be filled with alot of hurt, and anger towards him, to look at him as an insect, or an animal.
Whats wrong with this World today?

That's funny! My sister calls her b/f "panda" he calls her "tiger". I think my hubby and I are both sharks... always moving around and we don't sleep much. I'm one of those sharks with a million little fish hanging all over her. I take care of children for a living.

Oh, man, let's hope none of the parents recognize you here!

Basically I think that the anger I feel thinking about him again after venting about the crap I allowed him to put me through (written toward the end of the "Help!!!" thread) mustered up the feelings. And there was ole spidey. . .

Except. . . I gently put ole spidey outside.

Let's see...
the 1st ex was a cheater, so he reminds me of a DOG...adorable & cuddly but way too horny for his own good

the 2nd loved to squawk about nothing all day long, so he would be a CHICKEN

and the 3rd (soon-to-be) ex...a snake. Silent and not at all cuddly!

I have one ex with whom I had a really nasty break-up. Hate is too strong of a word to attach now, as I rarely think of him anymore, but there was a stretch. So, had you asked me a decade ago, I would have said cockroach. Now he's just like a little annoying gnat that invades my thoughts on occasion.

Then there is this one guy I dated in college. He was like a super manly teddy bear. Really, he was masculine in so many ways, but in others he was a teddy bear. The best hugger in the world. Nice guy and hopefully he's found a wife who thinks as highly of him as I did. Oh, in case you're wondering, he just wasn't adventurous enough for me and I was too adventurous for him.

Edited contents of this message out because I am in a very poopy mood and I did not mean what I said to Yankee. I'm just being hyper-sensitive.
