Yeah the six pack is kind of an elusive goal. I've almost always been in various periods of bulking up so haven't ever bothered trying to get a six pack much. But it's always been one of my goals just for fun. It requires a stricter diet than I would like, because you have not only have a super low body fat percentage, lower than a weight-lifter would usually have, but you need to lower your water intake to have it show off the best, which isn't fully healthy. I've always had the outlines of a six pack just not the TV six pack that takes so much time to sculpt perfectly, but is so nice.
No. No unhealthy 6-pack, just want to have low enough body fat to have a low-rent 6-pack but if I don't get one, no biggie...close counts. 15lbs is the plan right now.
Do you ever go out to a restaurant, or to a shopping mall and see a guy with a really beautiful physique, but sadly he doesn't know how to dress? Maybe its not what he's wearing, but the fact that he just doesn't wear the right size? Ever see a well built guy and you wished his pants fit him a bit tighter? Do you like those thin tank tops on guys with nice physiques? At the beach would you rather see more speedos rather than long baggy trunks? It seems more and more guys are going to the gym, and so many are shy about showing it off.
I like to see my husband when he is dressed up in his suit or tux and also in his casual jeans and dinner out shirt...I HATE seeing him in his clothes that he does the yard work in...I swear I think they are from high school!
When guys are well built and the "show off" their physiques it just looks incredibly gay to me. To me, on a well built, fit man, cowboy clothes looks the best. Muscle shirts are sleazy looking, IMHO. Speedos are gay. Just a nice pair of jeans, a regular white t-shirt a pair of boots and a cowboy hat makes any man look good, IMHO.
You're looking cool. Do you not like sideburns? I was going to suggest some hint of sideburns.
When you are losing weight be sure to cut most soft drinks, milk, pizza, breads, and fast food out of your diet but never starve yourself because you've got to have energy to keep going. Imo that works!
