i like buxom women as you probably already know, but i hate fake...., i hate the way the look, and feel, i like them natural, abundantly sized natural , what do u gys think? Does it matter to you?
Small and real are preferable to large and fake. I really dont even like the large real ones too much because they are usually attached to a large woman (i.e., fat/overweight) which is something that is an instant turnoff for me. Unless its a Scarlett Johannsen or a Salma Hayek then Im not interested.

OK this is the trick. Get the boob job, then get the fat sucked out other places. The guys I work with always laugh. They say if I fell in the water pit, I would never drown. The silicone would hold me up and the hollow places would make me float. Of course a great day to them is when it rains.

Guys cant tell unless its a bad job. I have seen good and bad and you cant tell at all when its done well unless you dig your hand into the boob. and even then if its under the muscle you are not feeling anything floating around.
Its not that difficult to tell if the woman is over 26 or so. But I agree there are some jobs better done than others. Of the gals I know that have them they have said it was the best 4-8k they ever spent. Not evberyone was gifted with a nice set to begin with.

I'm not biased either way. This choice is totally in the individual woman's realm in my view. I am a breast man though, and do like them large . If they look good, I'll like them, and if they don't, I won't... it doesn't particularly matter whether they are "real" or "fake." I guess I'm a pragmatist.
I've seen all the under the muscle stuff and I can still tell. With natural breasts you can draw a straight line across the top and with fakies they are usually rounded. They never look right no matter what the surgeon does.
Will bring her over and you can feel her up! Just kidding! No seriously, I know a few guys that she has dated in the past that never knew her breast were fake. Seriously on her, you cannot tell! Her breasts, because she had them done at such a young age, developed with the implants in them and the implants feel VERY natural.
