I dont understand some guys nowadays. There is a particular guy I have met with twice, and he text and calls me often. Recently, this past weekend I stopped conversating with him and answering his calls. Then today, he calls me asking whats going on and why I havent responded to him lately?
Well for one, we were to hangout last weekend. We set plans to meet. He didnt call me once to meet. So thats when I erased his number. However, earlier that week, I went over to his house and all he did was lay in bed (no sex) and we barely conversated which was boring the **** out of me.
I dont know if this guy is just being extremely frugal and doesnt want to take me out on a date, but Im not interested in him and even told him I felt he wasnt exciting last time I met, and that since he didnt go through with Saturday's plans, I wasnt interested.
Why are certain guys like that? They call and want to hangout, but their idea of hangin out is just being at home staring at each other with hardly any conversation. Is this some type of personality issue or what? I dont ask for a hyper guy, but someone with zest when Im around them.
Sounds like he is only interested in taking you on a "date" in his bed. Guys like this are a gem in a dumpster full of gems. Seriously, women in their early-mid 20's tend to love dudes like this for some reason.

Throw the guy a freaking bone! Sometimes women may have to take the initiative. Are interested on this poor soul? If so, go ahead and put the moves on him. He will turn around.
I guess girls like that mysterious sort of guy. I think you can be that but also have great personality, though. I like to be a conflict of different personality types, like be able to show different sides so that I'm not easy to figure out, but that doesn't mean being boring and just sitting there. You can have a lot of traits that make you mysterious yet still be communicative. Nietzsche said, "Talking much about oneself can also be a means to conceal oneself."
How old is this guy? Maybe he has no idea that you want to do other (fun) things. Try suggesting something you'd like and see how he responds.
Of course, some guys just want to lie in bed and hope a girl shows up...
Yeah I've been trying that for about three years, hasn't worked out so well. But if you know of someone who can get it to work let me know how they do it
I dated a guy like this once...it was like pulling teeth to have a conversation with him.
Wasn't worth the effort. He asked why I was calling it off and I told him nicely.
He goes..."well that's the way I am"...
I go...."well this is the way I am so I guess we're not a good match."
He didn't know quite what to say (big surprise there!) to that one.
