I can't think of the name either...come to think of it, I have not seen one on a playground in years...they were great!

My brother and I called it the "push and puke"

The merry-go-round? LOL I love going to the park and sitting on the swings when no one's around--up to last summer. It's so relaxing. My sister and I used to do that together. I miss that too.

It's crossed my mind but I never let it get any further. That might be a great idea.

I miss hiking. No where to hike in London. Hiking would involve me driving for miles and would have to make it a whole weekend. In socal I was never far away from the mountains. I miss the mountains.

I LOVE to dance. But it's been a long time since I had anyone to dance with. Well, other than ballroom of course. My son and I do that together...and it's a lot of fun!

I miss scuba diving.

Even the name merry-go-round doesn't sound right. I think of those as the rides at amusement parks or you see in malls some times.
The swings...also great.
There's a park not too far from my house that has a lot of great things to do.

The park by my house has one. When the weather gets a bit nicer, I'll make a little bike ride.

They are called merry go rounds...at least that's what they call them here. We have lots of parks in London and a lot of them have childrens area with swings some with swings big enough for adults which I'll go on when I'm there
