I don't make resolutions! My opinion is that they are just an excuse to put off doing something important. Let's all eat a pizza a day until January 1 and then try to lose weight
If you want to make a change in your life, no time like the present. Why wait?
Well...here is another lose weight one!
I think the beginning of a bran New Year is a great time to start fresh, with whatever your resolution may be. Its up to you, if you stick with it.
Ours is to start eating healthier, getting back on the treadmill, and being each others inspiration to do it!
I don't see new year resolutions, as resolutions rather as what I want to be by 2010. So by 2010 I want to be speaking french as fluent as possible and be more environmentally friendly! Oh and the usualy get fit and give up smoking!
