My friend made a speedy recovery and sued the responsible people, got a settlement and is doing just fine.
Now the wench wants a piece of his settlement claiming she spent a year of her life "going through hell with him" which is totally untrue. All this wench wanted was just to be treated like a queen bee, be bought gifts and such.
My friend told me she ain't geting anythig out of him while his parents tell him to give her a few thousands and get rid of the wench forever.
What do you guys think?
He should not give her anything not one cent. He should also get a restraining order against her and charge her with stalking if this continues. She deserves to be treated like shyt not a queen. She will be responsible for all the legal fees for both sides when found guilty. Let her pay thousands of dollars instead of receiving them. I would fight with all I have against a piece of crap like her.

Court records??? At some point she would have been subpoenaed to give depositions. She was in fact a witness to the punitive effect.

wouldn't give her a dime...unless she threatened to call her attorney. then I'd give her that dime for the phone call.

If her name was used at any point in the case, she does have a case. Or, if "girl friend" was used meaning her. She was part of the loss.
