I'm just curious if theres something you are aware of that you would like to stop doing that keeps coming back.
When I was younger I blinked a lot when I got nervous, don't know why but it went away.
I used to say really a lot when listening to people talk about things I wasn't interested in and I had to bite my tongue several times till I quit. I wonder how many times I actually did that till someone pointed it out.

Yes - trying to find the good in everyone. Everyone is NOT good and it keeps coming back to bite me!

I am also a procrastinator... I put everything off till the last minute. I wish I could change that!

And this has exactly what to do with relationships?

Maybe the mods can move to a more appropriate forum.

sometimes i'll catch a stranger's eye on the train (always a male) or on the streets and just think the worst of him, like he's a thug or looking for trouble when i should stop being so hard with them and just treat them like any other stranger in the world.
