I bet this may be right on target....I have to be quite assertive/aggressive to get what I need for my patients with doctors, therapists etc. I also have to do a lot of teaching with families. (peds nurse) It is a stressful. The last thing I want is to have to do that at home. I am happy to hand over control for a while.
