Hello...

I'm a 19 year old undergraduate student @ a prestigious university.
I've been working w/ a high school during this previous spring semester and.... The teacher for the class... I have grown a liking for.
Shes 23. 1st year teaching. She is also a graduate student.

I don't know what it is... I just can't stop thinking about her

She's giving me the "I can't do this, I have plans"

What is a young 19 year suppose to do? I feel so empty right now.

She's a teacher at the HS where you teach at as well? Frankly, if she's not interested there's nothing you can do but bow out gracefully.

Frankly, if you teach later on you'll thank me. There are a LOT of single female teachers. It's like the medical field, not enough guys to go around there.

I proctored her class during the semester while we worked together on a model.

We spoke often and weekly for 6 months.

Seems fairly clear-cut though regardless.

You voiced your interest, at least part of your feelings, she doesn't feel the same, and has no intent as to letting that possibility in. Nothing to do, but work on getting past it, curse, etc..

Just don't do the usual thing at 'em even though your age grouping might not get you jail time for it, the cheerleader rebound lay is off limits.

Either she is interested or not. Don't bother chasing a girl, it is crazy and makes you look like a complete loser.

Sorry kid. But it's part of life. Get used to it, and move on. You'll be much healthier and happier for it.

I'm sorry. I remember how that felt.

Concentrate on your studies and finish school! And I promise you, there WILL be others! There WILL!
