Just curious, define "slutty past." How many is too many? (and I'm asking this while fully aware that there is a double standard for men and women)
He-he, according to this forum:
- if you haven't been married - 1!
- if you've been married - the number of husbands! You might argue some marriage got annulled on the basis of not being consummated!

This is going to vary by person to person and I will admit that in our culture it is more acceptable for a man to do this than a woman.
For me personally, I'd say anything over 12 is a ****. I by contrast have been with one and it was by choice. That being said, I only judge women who get close to me and even then its not verbal but more along the lines of "I dont think we're compatible".
By far, the biggest turnoff is having a slutty past. If you sleep with guys like it's no big deal, then that means you clearly don't value yourself and you're probably more likely to cheat.
I chose gold digger. Who doesnt have a "past?" When you marry, you are supposed to be bringing TRUST into the marriage. So why would I worry about her past?

The way I see it, girlfriend/boyfriend is where the trust is build. Marriage simply brings a financial reward for being good (tax break) and financial consquences if you mess up (half you're belongs, court and lawyer fees)
