For example I am very passionate about certain aspects of business and Finance but you'd never know it because I don't "throw it" on the person I am involved with.

What about you? Be honest...

Someone said I was bashing so I removed my example. It was not intended to offend anyone.........

THIS IS NOT ABOT ME..............answer the question as it relates to you!

I am passionate about animals and am a foster fora dog rescue organization. I don't expect others to be as passionate about it and for those who do not paticularly care for animals (like my mother) I put them in a room away from them. It is a bit difficult, however, to not have it be obvious because they are living creatures that need to be fed and cared for 24/7. For people who have no interest in it I try to keep the anecdotal stories to a minimum.

Funny how Ronnie pushes his Jesus-bash agenda and then says throwing "likes" is taboo

Default It's very common

In some cases you may meet someone who's been crying out for some changes in their lives and the "likes" you try and get your person to like, they will be thankful to you for forever and ever for it. Perhaps this person has never had the opportunity before to try downhill skiing, or tennis, or develop any appreciation for theatre or classical music.

I think it's only normal to try and develop a more perfect union with someone.

I've been in relationships where they other person threw a number of their "likes" in my direction, some were embraced, some flat out rejected.

And I'm a much more well-rounded person as a result of it.

But if this person is continually doing it to please you, and not enjoying it, how would you ever know until it's too late?

Well...you said to throw your likes out there.....Jesus is one of them.
There is nothing wrong with that. If it is, then...that would be a big red flag, for the person I was involved with, right?

Buy "throw it" do you mean being pushy about it??

I don't think there's anything wrong with expressing that you have interest in a certain subject. Mentioning that business of finance interests you wouldn't be a big deal as long as you didn't whip out graphs and charts showing some exponential growth in such and such sector. I think it would be a part of the getting to know you phase in dating, right?

Are you referring to me, bashing you? For what? Because you mentioned Jesus`s name? You don`t have to feel offended, really. Its ok. Geeezzzzz.... You are the one who needs to chill dude.

You ask the question in this thread. I politely answered, and you have a cow? Calm down.
