I don't know...in my experience they look down to see if I'm in heels first.
And most men usually have no choice but to stare at my boobies. They tend to be at most males' eye level.
I almost went face first into some when turning around without paying attention in a line..LOL The girl and I both burst out laughing. She totally had on a boob shirt too. They were out there.
It's kinda like telling a guy who works out in the gym regularly in order to have a rockin' bod, "well, I'm not really into all those muscles...I think buff guys are a turn off." Next!!
You definitely have a point there. This is one of the things that got me back in the gym. I tend to be more attracted to people that are in shape and want someone who thinks that living a healthy lifestyle is important. It isn't fair to expect that from someone else, if I don't live by the same standards.

It is only natural to look at whatever draws your attention in a person, for both appealing and non-appealing things. And breasts are placed at an ideal position to draw all the attention, of men and sometimes even women. I as a woman will sometimes look at another female's breasts because they are so 'in my face' (specially with women wearing very revealing tops) that I simply can't avoid it. It's a blend of curiosity and other factors. And I'm not even attracted to women, and yet I look. I can imagine how it is for a man.
