I have 4 pairs of shoes!

I'm also not your typical girl. I despise shopping...

I just threw out a bunch and I used to have 45 pairs. Thing is, I hate to shop so it'll probably be a while before I buy new ones.

I don't know why, really. If I see a pair I like while I'm out somewhere, I'll buy them. But it's not a compulsion.

Because a new pair of shoes always fit.
You don't go up in size because you ate too much that week or you are bloated. You don't go up a size because you are no longer 22. You don't have to look in the mirror and ask if shoes make you look fat. They always look great, no matter what.

I just have my essential shoes and that's it. Personally, however, my weakness lies in buying jeans and tops. My closet is overflowing with so many things I barely wear anymore, but I never have to worry about running out of 'shoe space'.

I'm a guy and I'm willing to bet I can match or beat 90% of the women here in the amount of shoes owned. I would post a pic but I'm a little embarrassed. Some may remember my thread about my shoes from a while back.

i have four pairs total: 2 pair for work, a pair of sandals, and hiking boots. That's it
i like my life really simple, and shoes just don't do it for me

(put me in an art supply store, though, or a store with stones and beads, and i do go wild!)
