This expecting the women to drive thing, well, you know, it may be a clue to your problem. Most women EVENTUALLY want the guy to drive them around, especially in some big city like Philly.
I know I hate driving and if I had to keep picking up my man, it would get old really fast.
Do you have any male friends you can hang out with? Buy a few beers or some snacks and soda and chill out with them.

No I wasn't only doing it tonight and whoever decided to come was going to be taken care of.
I don't think of a date as having that much formality. It's just a get to gether between two people who would othewise have nothing to do. And a potential door opener, but doesn't have to be.

ANYTIME?? I mean can I get a more clear time frame because I don't want wake someone up or call when they are in the middle. That's why I have to say DEFINE ANYTIME. And it has to be defined because the person maybe a night owl or a person that goes to sleep at 10pm. Anytime means I can pick up the phone at 3am in the morning and be like-"HEY GIRL!! What are you up to??
Does anyone say ANYTIME when asked this question?"
Apparently, this has now been a bit better defined. "ANYTIME" is not on the day of the date.
