All joking aside, Mexico is really going through some stuff right now, the drug cartels are really ramping up their murders. There is stories of those guy going around to rival gangs night club and dumping bags of severed heads on the dance floors.

The mayor of Juarez, left the city and is in El Paseo, for fear of his life and his family, he's in protective custody of the US cause the drug lords are out to kill him.

Lot of the type of crap going on down there right now.
Sounds like a job for...JASON28!!!

I'm having a rough time sleeping lately. I don't know what it is. Sometimes it's stress, other times I lay there just half asleep, just can't go over the edge.

Starting to drive me friggin nuts.

I try not to fight it anymore...when I try to force it I just get agitated which makes it harder to sleep. Usually, I will try to find something to do until I get sleepy...

You know what is starting to freak the f out is that I'm starting to wake up at 3:30 almost exactly on the dot, several days in a row.

Once I wake up I'm screwed.

Another day at work trying to cope.

Maybe you should try melatonin or L-Theanine to help take the edge off...they don't knock you out like a true sleeping pill will...

My schedule is always so messed up I am accustomed to functioning with little to no sleep but occasionally it catches up with me

My brother used to have the same problem falling asleep. He tried a number of things. Until finally he switched jobs were he couldn't stand up straight if he tried at the end of the day. Problem solved.
