Physical preferences expressed while dating (dump, accept, perfect, like)

Say you are dating someone and they express a certain physical preference to your face that you know you do not have, example.. I do not like X, Y, Z and you know that you are X, Y and Z, but they also add that they may be willing to "compromise" on that if there are other aspects.
Would you consider such a remark an insult? Would you accept such a compromise? Would you break it off?
I would smile and then rip them up and down as well. After making them take me for a series of expensive dates....then I would dump them.
