Sure, they exercised poor judgement, but losers? I read only one article by a woman, who is a grandma, and she reminded me of my mother - naive as all hell; willing to help anybody, and vulnerable to 'love at first sight' bologna. Assuming the best in people does not constitute a loser. If you think you're going to manage your whole life without getting screwed from time-to-time, life will show you differently. You can count on it. That won't make you a loser.
How else would anyone describe these people?...supposedly this disgusting man was someone's son..that doesnt matter, he was evil, sleazy and mean spirited. Not implying that your mother is to be categorized with these women, but these women were plain stupid, irresponsible and sleazy. And although I dont think I will get through life without getting screwed, when I choose to place myself in position that could result in me getting screwed, I wont play the victim card.

You need to invest in a dictionary. Maybe English isn't your first language. Entering into a monogomous relationship for 1 yr, 4 yrs, etc does not constitute sleazy.

And just for the record, in the other thread, you've never seen me say that men are victims of anyone...go check. I said men should have rights too, independent of any aggressor or second party. But the other thread isnt even about myself..its about equal rights for parents...Im not a victim of parenthood fortunately..lol

That's insane. People date a few weeks and enter into monogamous relationships. Heck, some folk marry after a few months. You've never heard of "head over heels" "love at first sight" etc? This stuff is generations old. People do get serious way too quick. These women are talking about years. If that's what you consider sleazy, I don't know what to tell you.

of course Im a victim of car theft if I locked my doors...but if I opened my doors, left my windows down and left my keys in the ignition, and walked off, I have essentially given my car away.

This is true, and I understand your point..but if I am walking down the street at night throwing money and jewelry in the air, with no protection, despite the fact I have a perfectly functioning car, with gas, or if I refused an offer to be escorted -- then getting robbed would definitely be partially my fault. Thats the way I see it at least.

Getting robbed would be your fault, partially. Yes. But not getting killed. These women might of known they could get an STD.One where they could go to a doctor and get a prescription to have it removed. But since there was an element of trust involved, they had no way of knowing that the man they were dating would kill them.
