Is it me or do some "posters" exagerrate their relationships, they claim to have the best husbands, best wives, best sex lifes, do it everyday. perfect lifes etc etc, sometimes, coming in here make some of us w problems feel like "damm my relationship is messed up" i mean compared to the people here!
If anything, I think some people hesitate to talk about their good relationships for fear of looking like they're gloating. I've posted a couple of threads for people to say nice things about their spouses, and I've always gotten lots of grateful reps and DMs. Sometimes it seems like every thread is about cheating and divorce and breaking up and bitchy little comments about boyfriends and girlfriends. Oh, with a couple threads about armpit hair and "Ewww, fat people!" thrown in for good measure.
My relationship is not perfect, but I am happy. If you don't like it, you can suck it.

Reason: "Far from perfect" was an overstatement. It's pretty good, ackshully.

Are they the ones that would never have sex with anyone they werent emotionally connected to, never have sexual fantasize about someone other than their SO and are still as fit and trim as they were in highschool?
No. I believe some people are blissfully happy but there does seem to be a dispropotionate number here. One would think people posting on an internet relationship forum would be those in less than perfect relationships.

Oh I don't know if I agree with that. There have been times I wanted to go to a message board just to talk about something fantastic in my relationship--when your sisters have heard enough about it after six months and you still need to tell someone. LOL

I just know so many people in bad relationships, or atleast with problems. I know more people in average or slightly less than satisfactory relationships than people with good ones! Its just kinda hard to beleive that here everything is so honky dory here, when everything is mostly messed up all over.
