Lately, I've really been attracted to an older woman, this one's 30 and I'm 23. I think we like each other, and other people are starting to notice.
But the thing is, I've seem to have more success in attracting an older woman than I have a younger woman. Most of the younger women I've tried to pursue were immature pricks back home.
I've even gotten an interest in women 10 years older than I am all the way up to 40(my cut off age).
I'm the same. Generally connect intellectually and emotionally better with women 5-30 years older than me (I'm 31). Having said that though, looks wise the younger age pool has far more to choose from, goodluck to you.
I agree with Dave. But there are a lot of pretty women who are anywhere from my age to 45 that are really attractive. There is a certain class or exude a certain je ne sais quoi. The mind connection had become more important the more I continue through life.
To me, women 30 and older are commonly playful, flirty and assertive. My own age (26), or younger, it is like pulling teeth. I mean it is work - you make it happen every step of the way, or it doesn't happen at all. I don't really pursue possible relationships where I feel like 90% of the effort is coming from my side.
People go through different phases in life. SOME gals that are 30 have more life experience and maturity. I was 23 when I started dating a 30yo....went on to marry her.
She was much more "together" at 30 than in her 20's by her own admission. Sometimes timing is everything.

Older women are not as in demand as young women. Younger woman have many men after them whereas in the 30s and 40s, its much more balanced. I remember when working at a car wash one summer the only ones that would never tip me were young women. A hot young girl has never known want in her life. Also, older women tend to like men for relationships more than the one night stands with a jerk.
If you think about it, look what happens in high school. The jerks always get most of the girls. Those guys are dominant and completely control the closed society. College is transitional until women slant more towards nice guys but never up to the point of a doormat. If you tend more towards being nice, older women will be far easier for you to deal with because there are more of them and they will like you more.
I think the difference between older and younger women (as far as men are concerned), is that younger women want a guy who's going to be acceptable to their friends and family, and older women don't care what other people think. An older woman has her own idea of what she wants in a man, and she won't lead you on if it's not likely to work out.
See I get what you're saying, HOWEVER, I am young (21) and I feel the need to look for older men. I mean I want things that most 21yr olds dont. I don't go out and party, I don't sleep around, I hardly drink, I have a great job, I know the kind of life I want and will work hard to get it. Guys my age, and yours...no offense, only want a fling and aren't even close to thinking about the future and what they want out of life. My experience is that men my age are the "live in the moment" type, which is cool for the moment, but to get everything I want, I need a man who puts a little thought in the future. So I guess it goes both ways. Maybe we're just a rare breed haha. If you are into older woman go for it, there's nothing to be confused about. If people notice, let them!
I also often attract older women. I'm 25 myself, and I seem to be attracting women who are 30+. I remember one a few weeks ago who was 36, very classy and elegant lady. We spoke endlessly about everything and we clicked on many levels.
