About the celibate thing that was said... One thing is to CHOOSE not to have a partner, and a very different sittuation is when you are FORCED into that situation, like many men/women are.
I have been there myself and it can be quite depressing. You get to see how lots of people can easily get what you wish, and without having to work for it. And meanwhile you watch part of your youth pass by, knowing you are missing a very important part of life.
If one has never been in a relationship, then analyse the root of the problem.
Is it due to ugliness (which if we're being honest is one of the major causes)? Then dress better, groom better, or if one wants get cosmetic surgery.
Is it due to being shy? Going to a therapist, would could teach one about confidence or social skills could be an asset here.
Is it due to lacking confidence? Then (IMO at least), the key to confidence is thus: Don't get a crap with others think about you, be proud of and build on your strengths and manage your weaknesses, and have the mental attitude of confidence. Literally think, as the centre of your thoughts, "I AM somebody. I AM a person of value".
