okay, so i've been with this guy for a year and 4 months now. & at first my parents liked him, he could come over whenever! but then we started getting intimate and they found out and didnt like that, and now he's about to turn 18 & i'll be 15 for another two months after he turns 18. once i'm 16 could he still get in trouble for dating me? :/
It's not the dating he could get in trouble for, it's the intimacy.
Have your parents talked about birth control or are they against your having sexual relations?

The dating isn't the issue, it's the sex. In many states once a male turns 18 it is considered statutory rape if he has sex with a minor. I'd suggest you find out what the laws are in your state.

Yes. It's called statutory rape, though the age may differ from state to state on how young you have to be for him to be in trouble.
You are very young and I do hope are aware of the serious potential consequences of having sex at this age. Are you at least on birth control pills and using condoms too?

Depends on the state your in, but honestly if you were my kid, I would only allow supervised dating. At 15 you should not and do not need to be having sex.
OP hasn't returned..... possibly her parents have threatened to press charges once her boyfriend turns 18...
he becomes a sex offender for the same thing he could get away with at 17. Doesn't seem fair,
but unfortunately that's how it works.

it's still bullsht. If she is that insistant on being sexually active on other people's expense, I know of a Brazilian porn start that may level her out. Sorry, this really pisses me off.
