Drinking milk gets calcium. But milk is so yuck I hate it now. I SO wanna grab a cow and chew her udders LMAO. Skimmed milk is like yuck.
There generally is a 9:30 to 10:30 pm timespan when I really feel sleepy. But C/D keeps me up at that time and after that it's insomnia.
Yeah um...milk before bed no good for me on account any benefit from the calcium is overshadowed by my cheap japanese bladder which usually hauls me out of bed 4 hours after I got in to head for the bathroom.
I just have a calcium tablet. (No udders or watery white stuff to contend with! )
