Am I just a very sick man or does "Felisho the Cat" sound just a little kinky?

They lied.
I'd second that. I've never been a huge believer in any government, but this one here went beyond my worst nightmares!

Default betrayal

Before my (now ex) husband and I got married, we had several conversations about having children. He knew that I wanted to adopt kids who had been in the foster system. He agreed (multiple conversations over the years) that would be great. After our daughter was born - and it was my second high risk pregnancy - I had my tubes tied, with the understanding that it was only because we had decided we would increase our family through adoption.

Years passed and the marriage started going downhill. Finally one night in an argument he told me that he NEVER wanted to do the "adoption thing" as he put it, he only agreed because I was so excited about it. So I had surgery that is basically irreversible, and no more children, the clock is ticking, and I am in no position to adopt (and I never wanted to do it as a single parent anyway!) because he lied and betrayed my trust.

Yes, it still bothers me to this day.

My worst experience is probably what I just went through; I had 14 years of my life basically stolen from me by my now X who lied about who/what he really was. Found out about 5 years into the marriage that he was a cross-dresser....okay....we did the counseling etc. He said he had started doing it after his first divorce and that he would stop; he felt that if he had told me when he first met me that I wouldn't have dated him (Gee, ya think?). Fast forward to 2009....daughter caught him watching men-on-men porn so instead of getting mad I decided to sit back and see what he was doing on the computer. He's not smart enough to go in and erase his history so it wasn't hard for me to find out just what he had been up to.

Well I found out more stuff then I wanted to; not only was he cross dressing again but now he was looking for a man to be with, I about lost my lunch. He even had given him self a female name; that was the last straw. I moved out, got tested for STD's and then filed divorce papers two weeks later.

When I finally confronted him about why he lied to me; he said that the marriage was more or less for appearance sake for the family. He had an uncle that was gay and I do remember how the family felt about him.....so I was just a prop to make him look "normal".
