Well if you and your family can't sleep at night because of the screams and whipping noises coming from next door, then yes - that does indeed present a problem. However, if their activities are not affecting you, then why should one let it be of a personal concern?

It's okay. I guess this "argument" is akin to the whole vegetarian/meat eater debacle. Even though random people eating meat doesn't directly affect the vegetarians, they still would like for people to quit eating meat (some vegetarians that is. . . I've met some that don't care.).
