I was thinking of women who are a lot older than 30, such as myself!
Men who are stuck on women under 25 are shallow. End of story. But shallow men aren't attractive anyway.
I was 26 when a guy who was 46 said sorry, he dated girls under 25 only. I was glad, because he was too old for me.
It's natural that men don't find wrinkly skin, liver spots, veiny hands, sagging breasts, and knobby knees attractive. That's not attractive for men either.
But hopefully as they go past their 20's and 30's, they'll appreciate substance and inner beauty, and choose that over superficial looks.

Agree—and what pray tell do these older men look like. All these gender conversations always come down to women letting themselves go, its women who are the reason behind the obesity epidemic, its women who have the nerve to age. Whereas men are innocent victims that have to tolerate all that sloshing fat and ugly decrepit flesh that they have to wade through to get to these young "girls".
I guess somehow the male specimen is a the chosen gender that is free from aging decline and that only women let themselves go and do the most horrific thing such as naturally age. I guess all these guys over the age of 40 must be George Clooney clones. Adonis’s with ripped abs and tight skin that never wrinkles, sags, and is livered up—whereas it’s just women that get obese, saggy, baggy and gross compared to men. From what I see—are a tons of unattractive older men with guts the size of wheelbarrows, balding, stringy haired liver spotted pates, wrinkled, craggy, pock-marked, sunburned skin, bow legged, “knobby” kneed freaks with raging and crustacular nose hairs. Yea they are all real winners as they fumble for the Viagra and all these really young girls are aching to have decrepit flesh touch all that fresh, innocent, taut tight skin.
My sisters neighbor of over 10 yrs is around 17 yrs of age (maybe 18). I saw her yesterday for the first time in awhile. She was outside & wearing her lil shorts & t-shirt. She is a very pretty & nicely built natural blonde & tan. Shes also a cheerleader. I have never talked to her once cause shes forbidden fruit. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best shes absolutely a 10. Her parents spoil her big time & she drives a nice car with personalized license plates & dark tinted windows. I think shes a naughty girl & possibly bi-sexual.
