No one knows, maybe he doesn't even know if he'll call. Maybe next time ask for the guys' number and be the proactive one to call him.

Yeah, I hope he calls though & this isn't just a "He's just not that into you" moment, esp. bc I don't have his #. Oh well, I guess.

Too many variables to know what the reason is.

Maybe he fat fingered the number when he put it into his BlackBerry. If you wrote your number down, maybe he can't read it, or thinks a 3 is an 8, or a 0 is a 6, or something like that. Or maybe he wrote it down and can't read his own sloppy handwriting. Or, maybe he's shy, or not interested, or who knows what.

Used to think that 3-4 days rule made sense because after I called back two different girls the next day after our first dates, it didn't work out.

Then I realized those girls just didn't like me when I met one that couldn't get enough of me as much as I couldn't get enough of her.

I never give guys my number. They try to trick me into asking me for my number first, then I always tell them I don't have one. So they are forced to give me their number. But in all honesty, I never call unless I happen to run into them again.
