Homophobic people who want to restict the rights of Gays are just clearly insecure about their own sexuality. They can't decide for themselves if they long for the touch of a man or a woman. It's sad for them.

As Christians, we do not believe that homosexuals are "born" into their sexual life style. As bible believers, we conclude from scripture that sins such as homosexuality, drug addiction, pornography addiction are major bondages caused by a demonic force.
It's no wonder that gays or lesbians would claim that they can't help it, or that they were born this way. It's called a stronghold. To be quite blunt it's a demon that has control over that persons will and life.

I have gay friends, they do not view me as homophobic, but instead respect my beliefs and understand my position. They don't bash me for believing in God and believing in the bible.
You are very correct... what I believe is exactly my intepretation of the bible... so who are you to tell me that I am wrong? I think for myself. I am not a shallow person who needs to believe in a god to have something to look forward to after death. I'm not niave, and certaintly not living my life based on what my parents or some preacher told me when I was little.
I've come to know Christ through my VERY OWN circumstances that I've faced during my short 23 years of living. I've come to know God and love Him. I don't base my beliefs off of what some man in a suite says standing behind a pulpit... but on what I feel is right and what I conclude from the BIBLE - so THAT IS, my friend, thinking for myself.
