Are Christians Happier Than Atheists-Study Says Yes
Not really surprising that a study like this would reach such conclusions.
It fails to mentions that these alleged Christians are happier due to having an imaginary daddy to take care of all their troubles and fix their mistakes. Kind of takes the pressure off.
Atheists, on the other hand, stand on their own and take responsibility for their own actions.
I would rather be free than depend on a sky nanny,
"An analytical thinker (atheist) is more likely to be skeptical or critical, for example, whereas an intuitive thinker (Christian) is guided by emotion and certainty."
So basically, Atheists are more like Winston Churchill, whose pessimism might have saved Europe from the Nazis.
Christians are more like the French leaders soon before WW2, when they had that big wall protecting their nation that the Germans just kind of...walked around and avoided
All the study says is that Christians use "happier" words than atheists, not that they are happier. All of the commenters seem to be missing this point. There is no correlation that shows that people who use arbitrarily chosen "happy" words are happier.
