Seriously. Are you going to tell me that it's coincidence that the Dome of the Rock is built on the Jewish Temple Mount? I call nonsense.

...

This land is for all to share. Not for one group to build over and conceal the history of another.
This is not the History Forum. This thread was in relation to Arab Christians and not Arab Muslims.

Christian not Arab Christian. Arabs are Muslims, and those hailing from Muslim lands. Arab Christians would be Christians than defected while in an Arab nation (underground Christians in Saudi Arabia for instance). You seem to be implying that Israel is an Arab country. It's not. It's the homeland of the Jews, the birthplace of Christianity, and it's a country the Muslims have tried to subvert the culture of for the last 1400+ years.

History is relevant to other things, such as, if you'd read the article, you would notice that Muslims are effectively trying to act like the Temple never existed there. They are forbidding archaeology for the exact reason that had they dug any great distance, they would find alot of Jewish artifacts that would effectively disprove Muslim legitimacy for building on that site. I mean c'mon, Muhammad was never taken up to heaven there.

The Death of Muhammad

Muhammad died due to poisoning after attacking and conquering Jews while they were picking dates (no joke). He died in 632 AD. Years later, his followers came up with this story after they, an invading force, occupied the native land of the Jews (691 AD). It was basically like putting a flag on the moon and claiming it for the USA (okay, now the US owns the moon). The Dome of the Rock was built over the Temple, which fell in 70 AD and which the Jews had trouble rebuilding because of law this and custom that (they for instance have to reconvene the Sanhedrin which got disbanded).

This is why history matters, it sets the record straight, and stops lies from festering and enslaving people. It also explains why certain people hate each other, instead of "Oh those Jews are just evil." No, you took a dump on their holiest area of land.

Israel not Palestine. Christians not Arab Christians.

Again this is not the History Forum. You want to create a thread to discuss the area that spans 700 years about the region, then go for it.

What do you think everyone was before the advent of Islam? 100% Pagan? To the East of what is now known as Israel were Arabs. To the West of what is now known as Israel were Africans. Europeans were still praying to statues. The Christians of the first 300 or years from the date of his existence were either Jews, Arabs or Africans. Christians to the south are related to the original Christians while the ones to the north are related to the Greek version.

Outside of the following quote being 100% incorrect, we are discussing 2015 in this thread.

Quote:
...before 1948 Palestine consisted of 400,000 Muslims, 75.000 Christians and 25,000 jews
